To provide the best service to all my clients I now have a cancellation policy in place. Whilst I understand that last minute situations pop up and you might need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I respectfully ask that you give me 24hrs notice for any cancellation. This will give me enough time to fill your slot with a client off my waiting list. If less than 24hrs notice is given 20% of the treatment price will be added onto your next appointment total.
The Zzzen Den will send out a reminder text and email 48hrs and 24hrs before your appointment time. You can reschedule by pressing the Manage appointment button on your email reminder or confirmation email. Many thanks for your understanding. Erica.
